SUBMIT & PROCEED : -

• TICK the column “accept the terms and conditions” And Click The ‘REGISTER’ Button.
• In the next displayed page you can see an E Mail Confirmation / Verification Link. Just click that link.
• Your Profile Will Go For RealestKerala.com Admin Approval.
• Within 24 to 72 Hours, You Will Get A ‘Profile Approval Confirmation’ Mail, If Your Profile Meets The Terms & Conditions Of Use. For any help in this regard, you can mail to Admin@RKerala.com

Profile Management

• You can login to your RealestKerala.com Inbox with your login id & password.
• In your RealestKerala.com, you have the option to search Buyers.
• You can Edit / Hide or Delete your profile if you wish so from the corresponding links of your RealestKerala.com Inbox.
• You can change your password by using the link CHANGE PASSWORD.
• Sellers can also add the snap of the property by clicking the link “Upload Photo Of Property”.  The added photos will go live after the RealestKerala Admin approval.
• But, please note that, Whenever you do any editing, your profile will go live only after RealestKerala.com admin Approval.
• If you forget your password, you can use the Forget Password link and submit your e mail Id. Your password will be mailed to your email Id automatically.

Search Buyers / Sellers :

• In RealestKerala.com BUYER’s Inbox, There is a link “ SEARCH PROPERTY”. Click the link to search properties.
• In RealestKerala.com SELLER’s Inbox, There is a link  “ SEARCH BUYERS ”. Click this link to find suitable buyers.
• Proceed the search according to your preferences/criterias.
  


Terms & Conditions / Communicating With Buyers & Sellers :

• If you Upgrade your Property Advertisement as HOT PROPERTY / HOT BUYER, your Property Details/Property Requirement will be displayed in the Home Page and as well as in the Hot Property Page of RealestKerala.com with your contact address, e mail ID and phone nos. Rs.5000 will be charged as the cost of the advertisement display as HOT PROPERTY in RealestKerala.com for 3 months. During this period, any one who do SEARCH can access your full details. Your property advertisement with your contact details will be also visible to all visitors who do common search in RealestKerala.com. Adding your Property Advertisement in HOT PROPERTY will give you more, fast immediate results. In this case there is no commission on any sale/buy. You can do it directly with the buyers / sellers.
• If you are not upgrading your Property Details/Property Requirement as HOT PROPERTY / HOT BUYER and keeping it as FREE profile, then the buy/sell deals will be happening through the mediation of RealestKerala.com only.
• Any buyers / sellers who do search and find suitable sellers / buyers, can express their INTEREST by clicking  button which is visible in the right side of the search result list.
• When a buyer or seller click the  button, the 'Expressed Interest' will reach in the RealestKerala Inbox of the proposed buyer/seller and a corresponding Email intimation will go to the Email Inbox of that buyer / seller.
• That time the Interest/Email Message received buyers/sellers can directly contact Realestkerala.com with their and the interested buyer's/seller's Realest ID.
• Contact 0091 99461 00119 / 99461 07799 for all further assistance.
• While calling, please mention your Realest ID & also the Realest ID of the proposed buyer/seller.
• The service charge for the buy/sell deals happening through RealestKerala.com will be, from the SELLER side 2.5% of the total SALE  VALUE and NO Service Charge from the BUYER side, if the deal is happening through the direct mediation of RealestKerala.com.  


I am a FREE member. I got an 'Express Interest' mail' How Can I Proceed ?

• If you are a Free Member, then the buy/sell deals will be happening through the mediation of RKerala.com only.
• When you receive an 'Express Interest' mail, if the terms & conditions of RealestKerala.com is acceptable to you, then you have to forward that E mail to Admin@RKerala.com with your contact details by mentioning your acceptance of the terms & conditions.
• Then our marketing department will contact the corresponding buyer / seller and will do the needful to show the property and according to their convenience of seller / buyer.

I am a FREE member. I Am Interested To Get The Contact Details Of A Listed Seller. How Can I Proceed ?

• If any BUYERS interested & NEED the SELLER's contact deatils, the buyers have to pay Rs.1,000/- for each. If interested for this scheme, the buyer please choose the best matching property & then mail the interested Realest IDs to Admin@RKerala.com by mentioning the willingness to pay the amount if the said property is available. This is meant to give best service to GENUINE buyers. (Please note that every day we are receiving hundreds of enquirees, out of which only 5% are genuine - Your time & our time is valuable- Let us utilise in a better way). So, if you include in that 5%, If you are CLEAR about your EXACT requirement & if you are ready to pay for RKerala.com's quality service, then mail us the Realest ID with your willingness & contact details. After your confirmation of your option, RKerala.com will check the availabilty of the property & if available we will inform you the same. Then only you need to pay.
